Book a free discovery call and explain the tasks taking up your time.

  2. 02

    Build Your Support Plan

We discuss your workload, priorities, tools, communication requirements and suitable support arrangement.

  3. 03

    Delegate and Focus on Growth

Once your engagement is agreed and onboarding is complete, start delegating tasks and tracking progress.

Step by step

What Happens From First Call to Ongoing Support

  1. Step 1

    Free discovery call

A short, relaxed conversation about your business, the tasks eating your time and what success would look like.

    • Walk through a typical week
    • Identify tasks that are ready to delegate
    • Discuss tools, time zones and communication
    • Ask us anything, no obligation
  2. Step 2

    Your support plan & proposal

We summarise what we heard and recommend an arrangement that fits: part-time, dedicated or specialist.

    • Clear scope of tasks
    • Recommended hours and working-hour overlap
    • Transparent quote
    • Confidentiality and access approach
  3. Step 3

    Matching

We match you with an assistant whose skills, tool experience and communication style suit your work.

    • Relevant skills and experience
    • Familiarity with your key tools
    • Availability that fits your hours
    • An introduction call before you start, where possible
  4. Step 4

    Onboarding

A structured start that sets your assistant up to succeed, without eating your whole week.

    • Secure, role-based access to your tools
    • Process walkthroughs and checklists
    • Communication channels and response expectations
    • First tasks with close feedback
  5. Step 5

    Delegate & track progress

Your assistant takes on agreed tasks and keeps you informed in the way you prefer.

    • Shared task board or request channel
    • Daily or weekly summaries
    • Escalation rules for anything that needs you
    • Documentation you own
  6. Step 6

    Review & grow

Regular check-ins keep support aligned with your priorities and make room to delegate more.

    • Regular performance check-ins
    • Adjust hours or scope as you grow
    • Add specialist support when needed
    • Honest feedback in both directions

Built on trust

Transparent From Day One

Transparent onboarding

A clear, written scope of work, agreed tools and channels, and a named point of contact before any work begins.

Confidentiality by default

Confidentiality expectations in writing, NDAs signed on request, and discretion with everything we see in your systems.

Secure access practices

Least-privilege access, individual logins or password managers instead of shared passwords, and access removed when no longer needed.

Careful data handling

Your data stays in your systems wherever possible. We don't copy client data to personal devices or unapproved tools.

Responsible AI use

AI tools are used only where you approve them, with a person checking every output, and never with confidential data you haven't cleared.

Honest communication

Clear expectations on availability, turnaround and scope. If something isn't a good fit, we'll say so.

We'll summarise what we heard, recommend a support arrangement and send a proposal. Once you agree, we plan onboarding: tool access, communication channels, task priorities and how you'd like progress reported.

Through the channels you already use: Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, WhatsApp, Asana, Trello or similar. We agree response expectations and a regular check-in rhythm during onboarding so you always know what's in progress.

We agree a reporting format that suits you: a shared task board, an end-of-day summary, a weekly report, or a combination. The goal is visibility without you having to chase updates.

Our services are designed for businesses in the USA, UK and Australia, but we're happy to talk to international businesses elsewhere, including in Canada and across Africa, if the working arrangement fits.

Kenya runs on East Africa Time (UTC+3) all year, with no daylight saving. That puts Nairobi 2-3 hours ahead of the UK, 7-8 hours ahead of US Eastern time, 10-11 hours ahead of US Pacific time, and 7-8 hours behind Sydney. We agree working hours with you during onboarding: some clients want live overlap with their business day, others prefer work completed overnight so it's ready each morning.

Often, yes. Working hours are agreed before your engagement starts and depend on the role and the overlap you need. We'll be upfront about what's practical for your time zone rather than promising round-the-clock cover.
