Cookie Policy
Draft for legal review. This document is an editable draft prepared as a starting point. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should be checked by a qualified legal professional familiar with Kenyan law and the laws of the markets you serve before being relied on.
This Cookie Policy explains how Bravura VA uses cookies and similar technologies on bravura.co.ke.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, which websites use to remember settings.
How we use them
Essential (always on)
These are needed for the website to work and cannot be switched off:
- Cookie consent preference: remembers your choice (stored in your browser's local storage as
bva-consent). - Form and session storage: temporarily remembers tasks you select in our delegation checklist so they can be added to the enquiry form (session storage, cleared when you close the tab).
- Security: measures that protect forms from spam.
Analytics (optional)
If you choose Accept all, and once analytics is configured, we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website (for example, which pages are visited). These cookies are not loaded unless you consent. [EDIT: confirm the analytics provider and cookie names used once configured.]
Third-party embeds
If you use our booking tool, our booking provider (for example, Calendly) may set its own cookies within the embedded scheduler. Please refer to that provider's cookie policy.
Managing your choices
You can change your preferences at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the website footer, or by clearing your browser's site data. Most browsers also let you block cookies through their settings.
